Ancient fossil of a whale discovered; that could live in water or land

Paleontologists discovered fossil of an ancient, four-legged with hooves in Peru gives scientists insights into the evolution of aquatic animals. The 42.6-million-year-old was 13 feet long, could live in both land & water & hooves were located on the tips of its fingers & toes. It probably also had webbed appendages. The Peruvian fossil suggests the 1st whales could have crossed the South Atlantic.
