Anti-curfew protests in Hague result in violent clashes amid Coronavirus restrictions

Netherland's Hague saw a violent clash between protestors and police personnel after the demonstrators hit the streets to protest against the restriction imposed in the country in view of the coronavirus pandemic. Police used water cannons and batons to disperse the crowd. The police had to resort to force after the protestors flouted the lockdown norms and ignored several warnings by the security officials.
