Army chief asks to allow the soldier to use smartphones to win in virtual warfare

Indian Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has said that enemy is using social media to engage in psychological warfare and to combat with it he thinks it is best to allow the soldiers to use the smartphones and social media. Information warfare has become an intrinsic part of modern warfare and with time Artificial intelligence will become a factor too and it is time we start using AI to our advantage, he concluded.
