The Narcotics Control Bureau said in its panchnama on the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case that Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan admitted to consuming charas. As per the panchnama, Arbaaz Merchant carried 6 grams of charas in his shoes. The two were explained the provisions of Section 50 of the NDPS Act by NCB officer Ashish Rajan. The agency offered to search the two before gazetted officers, but they declined.
