Assets worth Rs 4.53 crore belonging to Bachha Rai, the one accused in the Bihar Topper's scam have been attached by the Enforcement Directorate on Saturday. Being referred to as the first attachment in the case, it has also been confirmed that 16 plots have also been attached to his name. Bachcha Rai's illicit wealth has been used by him by acquiring the properties in his, wife's and daughter's name.
