AstraZeneca has decided to cut its delivery of coronavirus vaccine to the European Union by 60 percent to 31 million doses in the first quarter of 2021. AstraZeneca has taken the decision due to production-related problems. The firm was expected to deliver nearly 80 million doses to the 27 European Union nations. EU Health Commissioner Stella Kyriakides said the union was deeply dissatisfied with the decision.
