Australia study reveals China has constructed 400 internment camps in Xinjiang

The Australian Strategic Policy Institute has procured some satellite images that have captured 380 detention centres set up across the Xinjiang region in China. According to a study by the Australian group, the region has over 400 internment camps that are there since 2017. Apart from this, China is constructing 14 more camps which it describes as "re-education" camps. Some of the camps look like fortified prisons.
