Australian Widow sues hospital over loss of sex after husband dies

Cara Ann Flower On-off partner Manuele was left braindead by Queensland health in Australia 2013 after an incorrect diagnosis. He passed away in 2018, after receiving $10 million dollars as compensation from the hospital. Cara is suing the hospital for $1.2 million AUD for nervous shock and loss of “consortium”, she is missing a good cook, she added. Manuele’s relatives are also suing the hospital for $0.7 million dollars.
