Babcock Ranch becomes America’s first city fueled by solar panels
Babcock Ranch of Florida becomes America’s city that is fueled by a 75-megawatt array of solar power. Situated in the suburbs of Fort Myers in South Florid, there are about 343,000 solar panels installed in the city. People have started to move into this new city and so far only two families have moved in. Students from nearby towns have started to join the first of several planned schools in the town.
