Amid coronavirus outbreak, a 42-year-old man who died on a road in UP was dumped in the back of the garbage van and was taken to the police station. In a video clip, the man is seen picked up by three municipal workers and bundled into the garbage van. The incident took place in Balrampur district last month. The video shows an ambulance at the spot but its staff allegedly refused to touch the body fearing infection.
