Bombay High Court says migrants not entitled to the benefit of reservation in Maharashtra

The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay high court has ruled that the migrants are not entitled to the benefit of reservation in Maharashtra. The Bombay High Court held this while dismissing a petition seeking review of the court’s earlier decision. Aruna Kudmulwar, president of the Kundalwadi municipal council in Nanded district had filed a petition seeking the review. Aruna's claim was earlier refused by the caste scrutiny committee.
