Boris Johnson's cancellation of India trip forces New Delhi to look for alternative Republic Day guest

UK PM Boris Johnson, who was set to be the chief guest for the Republic Day, has cancelled his India trip due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in his country. This has forced India to look for alternative chief guest options. This has happened on 2 occasions earlier as well. Sultan of Oman, Qaboos bin Said Al Said was approached for the 2013 Republic Day parade but he refused and Bhutan's King was the alternative Chief guest.
