California's heavy Rains; El Nino is officially here in the Pacific, say weather experts

The Federal Climate Prediction Centre said the equatorial Pacific Ocean is in the bulls-eye of El Nino weather pattern; which is responsible for producing healthy storms for parts of US West Coast. 'El Nino' is known for its warm waters along the equatorial Pacific, that can cause air to rise in the atmosphere & this leads to crashing storms. Central Pacific ElNino's tend to increase winter rainfall in Southern California.
