Luo Huining, the head of China's Hong Kong Liaision office has ridiculed sanctions declared by the US over crackdown of freedoms in the city and also offered to send $100 to Trump so that he can freeze the asset. Luo is among 11 senior Chinese and Hong Kong officials & his liaison office sent a statement that said if the US believes that sanctions will force China to compromise, then it's a wrong calculation.
