Can't fight endlessly for everything: CJI Bobde on death penalty guidelines

A day after the Centre asked the Supreme Court to modify guidelines of death penalty convicts, the Chief Justice of India, Sharad Arvind Bobde said, "Can't fight endlessly for everything". The apex court added that the finality of the death penalty is extremely important and a condemned prisoner should not think that a death penalty remains open-ended and can be questioned anytime.
