An FIR has been lodged against the doctor and the hospital at Farukabad on a complaint by the infant's father. The case was of complete negligence as a newborn baby died after dragged out of operation theatre by a stray dog. SP Anil Kumar Misra has reassured that strict action will be taken on the basis of the investigation. The police also declared that CCTV camera recordings have also been seized which will be a piece of evidence.
