Chamoli Police rebuffs claims that Muslims offered namaz at Badrinath temple on Eid

The Chamoli Police refuted reports of Muslims offering prayers at the Holy shrine of Badrinath on the occasion of Eid-al-Adha. "The truth is that an organisation called Aasthapath is conducting construction work of a parking lot in Badrinath, where some workers who were Muslim offered namaz in a closed room," the police said. Chamoli SP Yashwant Singh Chouhan urged everyone to not share any misleading information.
