No T-shirts & Jeans at Office: Chhattisgarh collector asked staff to wear decent clothes

KD Kunjam, the collector of Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh, has issued a rather strange order that restricts that government employees from wearing jeans and t-shirts and bright clothes to the office. The order reads 'government employees should wear decent clothes in the office.' The directive also said that some class IV employees didn't wear designated uniforms, despite claiming washing allowance.
