Chicago Sues Empire actor Jussie Smollett to win back cost of investigation

Chicago filed a civil complaint again actor Jussie Smollett to recoup the cost of investigation, his complaint of being subject to a racist & homophobic attack. The 12-page civil lawsuit, filed into Cook county court doesn't include a specific amount of money but suggested more than $130,000. The suit comes after Smollett refused to reimburse. Smollett's lawyer said that the entire thing made up was defamatory.
