China in no mood of disengagement, rotation of troops near Pangong Tso a hint

While India rallies its effort to maintain the status quo and work towards disengagement with PLA along the Line of Actual Control, the Chinese actions including the rotation of troops near the Pangong Tso are a clear hint of the CCP's intentions. Top military and government officials from the two sides are going to meet today for the seventh round of India-China military-diplomatic talks. PLA is rotating 200 troops at a time.
