According to a report on the Chinese buildup along the Indian border and the Line of Actual Control, China has started constructing at least 13 entirely new military positions near its borders with India that include three airbases, five permanent air defence positions and five heliports. Experts say China's plan of upgrading its buildup is far from over and its presence has doubled along the border in the past 3 years.
