Chinese political leaders including President Xi Jinping were scheduled to attend the annual parliament session in March, but it has been postponed due to the deadly coronavirus, which has so far killed 2,620 people and infected more than 79,000 people globally. China's Wuhan is considered as the epicenter of the virus, but the effect from the same can be witnessed globally.
