China's central Henan province has been facing its heaviest rain in 1,000 years with several areas under water. The capital city of Zhengzhou has been hit the hardest by the rain. As many as 12 people have died in Zhengzhou due to the rains. Nearly 100,000 people have been evacuated to safe zones. Millions of people have been affected in the province due to the rains. Zhengzhou has been witnessing heavy rainfall for the past 3 days.
