Chinese experts indirectly said F-16 didn’t down India’s MiG-21

In an article published on a Chinese website, a top expert with the Chinese defense forces claimed that it wasn’t Pakistan Air Force’s F-16 that shot down India’s MiG-21 Bison during February’s air-to-air engagement between the 2 nations along the Line of Control. Professor Jin Yinan from NDU not directly, but said that it could have been Chinese JF-17 fighter jet, being built jointly with Pak, that shot down MiG-21.
