The 16 feet tall and 12 feet wide original torch from the Statue of Liberty, which was replaced in the 1980s and moved into the statue's pedestal, has now been moved across the Liberty Island into a new museum to be its centrepiece. The most important thing ever moved by him, Doug Phelps' team took the torch apart into two pieces, wrapped them with foam, nylon straps etc and transported it using a small Spydercrane.
