Coronavirus cases in India jump to 2301, death toll rises to 56

The total cases of coronavirus cross 2000 and reach 2301. Out of these, 156 have been discharged while 55 patients have lost their lives. Meanwhile, PM Modi in a video message thanked the countrymen for showing "unprecedented discipline" and "sense of service" by following the COVID-19 lockdown. On April 5 Sunday, at 9 pm, switch off all lights for nine minutes and light up lamps or torch or cellphone flashlights, said PM.
