Coronavirus cases in India rise to 6,761, Death toll cross 200 mark

As India enters day-17 of nationwide lockdown, the count of the coronavirus cases has gone past 6000-mark and stands at 6,761 according to the union ministry of health. A total of 206 deaths have been reported due to the pandemic. However, 33 deaths and 678 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. 515 people have been cured of the disease and discharged from the hospital till now.
