The death toll in India due to the novel coronavirus reached 25 as India enters its fifth day of the 21-day lockdown. The total count of the positive cases in India currently stands at 979. 87 people have recovered so far. Maharashtra and Kerala reporting a maximum number of infected people. Deaths from the new coronavirus in the United States surged past 2,000 on Saturday while global death toll crosses 30,000.
