Coronavirus declared an epidemic in Haryana

The Haryana government has declared the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 as an epidemic in the state as the number of cases of the infection are increasing in India. "COVID-19 declared an epidemic in Haryana," Health minister Anil Vij said in a tweet. According to the state Health Department, 44 samples of suspected cases were sent for tests, out of which, 38 were found negative. 73 cases have been reported across India.
