Coronavirus spreads by respiratory droplets, not via air: WHO

Recently, the WHO said that deadly coronavirus is primarily transmitted through respiratory droplets and close contacts and doesn't seem to stay long in the air. It said that airborne transmission is different from droplet transmission and respiratory infections can be transmitted by droplets of varied sizes. Transmission can happen by touching surfaces or objects in the immediate surrounding around the infected person.
