As the number of cases of the novel coronavirus continue to grow in India, the Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered the government to ensure free testing for patients with Covid-19 symptoms by creating a mechanism to reimburse private labs. The apex court said "this will ensure that people do not have to pay." PM Modi today chaired a video conference with all opposition parties to discuss the preventive measures.
