The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in the lockdown of many countries around the world. This lockdown has resulted in a sharp decrease in air pollution in countries such as India, China, Italy & several parts of the USA. Scientists claimed that the fall in this year's world CO2 pollution might be the largest in more than 70 years. This decrease in the emission of CO2 is a side effect of the lockdown imposed in many countries.
