The Enforcement Directorate conducted multiple raids at homes and offices of the top executives of five diagnostics firms in connection with the Covid testing fraud during the Kumbh Mela in Uttarakhand. The central agency said the labs that were given the contract by the Uttarakhand government for conducting rapid antigen test and RT-PCR test during the Kumbh Mela, made fake testing entries and raised bogus bills.
