With the growing cases of coronavirus in the country, medical authorities are facing several challenges including the shortage of drugs. After Mumbai, Delhi is now facing shortage of critical drug Remdesivir, touted as an important drug for Covid19 treatment. While the cases are on the rise, the supply of the drug remains limited. Apart from Gilead, Hetero, Cipla, and Mylan have also got the permission to manufacture the drug.
