Covid19: Maharashtra launches world's largest convalescent plasma therapy trial, appeals recovered patients to donate plasma

The Maharashtra government has launched the world's largest convalescent plasma therapy trial -- Project Platina -- for treatment of critical Covid-19 patients. While the number of recovered patients continues to grow significantly, only a few have came forward to donate plasma. Rajya Sabha MP and Shiv Sena leader Priyanka Chaturvedi took to Twitter to urge people to come out in huge numbers to donate plasma.
