Hukum Singh of Madhya Pradesh thought Modi Ji is giving money as he promised before elections. When the mystery was revealed it was figured out that Rajeev Sonkar, manager of SBI branch in Alampur, assigned identical account numbers to 2 different customers. The passbooks of Hukum Singh (from Rurai village) and Hukum Singh (from Rony village) were a near-exact match except the photos. Both of them visited the same branch.
