The industry association for Danish mink breeders criticised the Denmark government's decision to cull millions of mink in the farms over coronavirus fears while calling it a “black day for Denmark”. The association said the decision will have a drastic impact on the flourishing industry and the industry could lose nearly $800 million due to the culling. Denmark's government earlier decided to cull nearly 17 million mink.
