DCGI paves way for testing of Russian Sputnik V vaccine in India, 100 volunteers to be tested

Pharmaceutical giant Dr Reddy's Laboratories will enroll 100 volunteers for the testing of Russian anti-Coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V in Indian after the Drug Controller General permitted the pharma firm to conduct the tests in the country. After the results of the phase 2 trials are out, the firm will enroll 1,400 volunteers for conducting the phase 3 trials. Dr. Reddy's will conduct the test in association with RDIF.
