Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today came up with a 5-step plan, after consulting experts, to fight the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. He said the first step is testing and added that 1 lakh people will be tested randomly at hot spots. Delhi government will also take over 12,000 hotel rooms in the wake of spike in the cases. Police personnel will be given contact numbers of Tablighi Jamaat members to trace them and their connections.
