Delhi farmer buys plane tickets to send 10 workers to their homes in Bihar amid lockdown

In a wonderful gesture of humanity, a farmer in Delhi sent 10 of his workers home on a flight to their home state Bihar on Thursday. Pappan Gehlot, a mushroom farmer, paid for their flight tickets because the migrant workers have toiled for him for the last 20 years. "I had never thought I will get to sit in an aeroplane, our employer made the arrangements for us," one of the workers said before boarding the plane.
