Delhi High Court dismisses plea challenging investigation into WhatsApp's new privacy policy

The Delhi High Court refused to stop an investigation into the new privacy policy of Facebook-owned Whatsapp while dismissing a plea by WhatsApp and Facebook challenging the decision of the Competition Commission of India. Justice Navin Chawla dismissed the plea while adding that there was no merit in it. An investigation into Whatsapp's new privacy policy was ordered by the Competition Commission of India on March 24.
