Delhi High Court: restrains hoteliers' association from boycotting OYO

The Delhi High Court issued an interim injunction order which restrains hoteliers' association from boycotting OYO. The issued order has an agreement with other hoteliers', service providers & the association's act of calling for boycotting the company prima facie would be illegal. They are also restrained from conducting activities to obstruct OYO's business program. As a result, many hotels started disallowing OYO bookings.
