Delhi NCR bans diesel generator after government shares stubble burning images from NASA

Delhi has banned generator sets, apart from those being used in essential and emergency services. This is to improve the air quality index. This initiative is a part of the Graded Response Action Plan and will be extended in Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Sonepat, Panipat and Bahadurgarh. AAP government also shared the images by NASA which showed large scale stubble burning in adjoining states of Delhi.
