Vehicles carrying school children, 2-wheelers exempted from odd-even rule: Delhi CM

In a bid to counter the increasing pollution the Delhi govt will be enforcing the odd-even rule in the state from 4-15 November. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said on Thursday that the vehicles carrying school children will be exempted from the rule. He also said that the two-wheelers will not come under the rule. Kejriwal told that the scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm except on Sundays and violators will be fined Rs. 4000.
