India responded strongly to Beijing's stand on LAC and the development of border roads. External affairs minister S Jaishankar said India was not the reason behind the ongoing dispute between the two nations. “If you disturb the foundation of this relationship, you cannot be impervious to the fact that it will have consequences...that problem... was not created on our side," the External Affairs Minister said.
