Dominica court stays immediate repatriation of Mehul Choksi

After the Antigua government said that fugitive diamantaire, Mehul Choksi, a wanted in the PNB bank fraud case in India, will be repatriated to India, a Dominica court has put a stay on his repatriation. This was after Choksi's legal team in Dominica filed a habeas corpus petition. The court said Choksi should be granted full access to the attorneys. He is currently in the custody of Dominica Police and is being investigated.
