The public snub to the World Health Organisation (WHO) and a threat to cut its funding by Donald Trump is one of the blows that the global body has received amid the coronavirus outbreak. India, while maintaining silence, has sidelined the guidelines proposed by the global body and has been in adherence with its own, ICMR.
