As the coronavirus spread forced a lockdown in Dubai, a man called the police to inquire if he needed a permit to move between the houses of his two wives during the 24-hour sterilisation programme. Brigadier Saif Muhair Al Mazroui, Dubai Police, laughed at the query and told the caller that not getting a permit would be a good excuse to not see or meet the other wife if he didn't desire to be with her.
