Dubai-based Indian businessman buys tickets to send foreign prisoners home

The Khaleej Times reported that Dubai-based Indian businessman Joginder Singh Salaria purchased 1-way tickets for 13 foreign prisoners to return home after they were released from prison. The prisoners are from Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Uganda, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Afghanistan. As per Salaria, they were jailed for committing minor crimes, have completed their jail term & cannot afford to pay the air tickets.
