Dubai's Palm Fountain breaks record for the world’s largest fountain

The famous Palm Fountain in Dubai broke the record for the world’s largest fountain on Thursday. A major tourist attraction, Pal Fountain covers an area of 14,366 square feet (1,335 square metres). According to Guinness, the fountain has more than 3,000 LED lights, 7,500 nozzles and can shoot water up to 105 metres. Guinness World Records' Shaddy Gaad called it "another milestone in Dubai’s architectural achievements."
